Federal DOD

Defense Security Cooperation Agency:

  • DSAMS Maintenance and Enhancements:  Development, maintenance and enhancement of DSAMS, umbrella FMS Case Management System, supporting sales, services and training for all Foreign Military Sales.

 

DOD Business Transformation Agency:

  • Enterprise Funds Distribution System: Developing the Enterprise Funds Distribution System that streamlines and automates manual processes associated with distribution re-alignment and reporting of all appropriated funds for the DOD enterprise.

 

Air Force:

  • AFSAC Applications Support: Application Support and Enhancements related to acquisition and logistics for AFSAC, Air Force’s Foreign Military Sales Activity (SAMIS, AFSAC Online, LOR process, etc.)
  • ECSS (Expeditionary Combat Support System): Extensive support involving Database / Datawarehouse Administration, Oracle Apps design & development, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management services and Training.
  • AFSAC Technical Support: Technical Support at AFSAC involving Network Support, Help Desk Services and Migration of Unix environment to Microsoft Environment.
  • Air Force Surgeon General: Airmen Fitness Management System for Air Force Surgeon General on GCSS Framework (Software QA for the Java EE/Oracle based sysem on the Air Force Portal)
  • Air Force Data Services (Enterprise Data Warehouse): BI / Database services at Air Force Data Services tracking Flight Line Equipment Usage, maintenance schedules and inventories (Oracle, Business Objects, Teradata)

 

Army:

  • US Army NEC SUPPORT at Fort Lee, Virginia:  Support the NEC with Information Technology infrastructure, local area network / wide area network (LAN/WAN) Systems Administration, Help Desk, and baseline and mission C4IM services.
  • US Army STAMIS Support at Fort Lee, Virginia: Provide IT Support related to STAMIS and Battle Command Systems for the Army SCOE (Sustainment Center of Excellence) Schools.
  • US Army ALU & SCOE Systems Support at Fort Lee, Virginia: Provide configuration, installation, commissioning, operations and troubleshooting of the Fort Lee Army Logistics University (ALU) information technology hardware, software, operating systems, and networking in support of the Army Logistics University and Sustainment Center of Excellence Schools.
  • US Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC): Design and Development of Global Freight Management (GFM) suite of web-based applications employing the latest Java and Oracle Technologies.
  • US Army Exchange Migrations and Active Directory Migrations (NIPRNet and SIPRNet): Migration and related services support for projects forming "Fly Away" teams at all CONUS US Army Bases.  Over a 40 month period, IGI touched and worked on servers at every Army base in CONUS.
  • US Army APC Application Packaging: Perform Application Packaging as part of the consolidation of Army Processing Centers.
  • US Army SIPRnet Active Directory Migrations: Perform Active Directory upgrades to the secure Army SIPRnet networks.
  • US Army AMEDD: ITIL support and USAMITC Help Desk at Fort Sam Houston.
  • US Army/Europe: Senior Networking Support; Datacenter Migration

 

Defense Logistics Agency: 

  • GEM (Global Email Migration): MS Exchange migration at 5 DLA locations.
  • EDC (Enterprise Datacenter Consolidation): Provide SQA and Network Services to the EDC program at Battle Creek, Columbus, Denver and New Cumberland locations. 


Additional DOD Projects:

  • DAU (Defense Acquisition University): Design and implementation of a suite of Knowledge Sharing Systems (portal for acquisition certification training).  Most Department of Defense Contracting Officers and staff are trained and accredited by the DAU.
  • DTIC (Defense Technical Information Center): Provide web hosting and application support services to DTIC (Defense Technical Information Center).  DTIC maintains a central repository of technical and scientific information (classified and unclassified) within DOD and provides access to eligible users.
  • DFAS e-BIZ: Information Gateways, Inc. is part of a team for the configuration, maintenance and support of the DFAS implementation of the Momentum suite of Financial Management products branded as "e-Biz". IGI is involved in the upgrade of existing interfaces and integration from WebMethods 4.6 to WebMethods 7.0.
